Sensual And Beautiful Eye Makeup Tips And Advice.

Sensual and attractive eyes are nothing new for women. For thousands of years we’ve known how to attract and captivate using the power of our eyes.
Simply look at the ancient Egytians. Cleopatra truly knew what to do with her kohl pencil to dramatically line her eyes.

To achieve sensual eyes, you don’t need to use bright or shiny colors. In fact, sensual eyes are achieved by creating an almond shape. At the beginning of the 1900’s, women knew that large almond eyes were attractive. Once again, we return to the starting point of the Egyptians and they too lined their eyes so as to achieve the almond effect.

So, how do we achieve sensual eyes without looking like a raccoon or a character from Witches Night?

How to Apply Sensual Eye Makeup

Begin applying sensual eye makeup on a clean and moisturized face. It’s important that the makeup doesn’t mix with oil and dirt on the skin. This can make the makeup look very bad.
Use neutral colors when you apply sensual eye makeup. Choose a color range including brown, dark grey, black, or grey. Bright colors make the eyes look smaller. Choose a vanilla color to illuminate. The vanilla color works well for most women. White can be too strong for this effect.

Eyeliner creates the illusion of bigger and more seductive eyes. Eyeliner can also help correct the shape of the eyes, giving them the desired almond shape, which is the main characteristic of sensual eyes. Begin applying eye pencil at the lash line on the upper lid, beginning at the inner corner and extending the line slightly past the border of the eye. Use a soft eye pencil or powder so the line looks blended. You can use an angled brush to give a more refined finish, and smudge the edges so it doesn’t look harsh.

Line the lower lid from the outer third, always near the lashes and extending the line past the edge.

Remember that we want to achieve an almond shape. Control the line to be sure you are making that shape. You may need to thicken the line depending on your own eye shape. A perfectly shaped eye immedicately gives a sensual look. If you look at the models in magazines, even the most minimal makeup artist gives the eyes that almond shape.

To achieve sensual eyes, we’re going to create the illusion of bigger eyes. Therefore, we should gradually increase the color towards the eyebrow. Begin with a dark shadow. If you have lined your eyes with brown, choose a chocolate color. To create the desired almond shape and sensuality, apply the color on the mobile eyelid, being sure that the color darkens as it gets closer to the lashes and in the outer third of the eye. The intensity should go down as you move towards the folds of the eye.

Create the desired shape and be sure that the color intensities are the same in both eyes.

Apply a shadow on the lower lid, blending to the outer corner. Be sure that the color isn’t too intense or you will look like a racoon. You can always increase the color if you wish. You should concentrate on the outer third of the eye.

Fill in the internal corner of the eye and apply shadow on the bone of the eyebrow, using a vanilla color to illuminate and open the eyes. This will make the eyes look even bigger. With this you’re almost done with sensual eye makeup.

Curl the lashes to make the eyes look even more open, and apply mascara on both the upper and lower lashes. Separate the lashes when you apply mascara to make the eyes look more sensual and bigger. Concentrate the mascara on the outer third of the lashes.
